Private Residence – CO. Kerry

Project Overview

A bespoke interior architectural commission taken from building shell, designed with an emphasis on classical symmetry and custom panelling. Completed over fifteen years ago, this residence stands as a definitive showcase of enduring style and quality.

The interior relies on a high-contrast palette where elevated volumes are grounded by black-stained oak floors and burnished bronze. A double-height family area features random-width shiplap and tailored window seats framing panoramic water views.

Balancing grand proportions with considered design detailing, this curated, detailed home has remained a relevant and sophisticated coastal domain over the years.
