Project Overview
A sophisticated, one-off new-build commission designed as a property developer’s private residence. This finely calibrated home presents a definitive vision of modern luxury.
The interior centres around an axis that links distinct living zones using internal Crittall-style glazing. Key spaces—including a private bar, sports room, and wine room—rely on unbroken sightlines toward a continuous, up-lit stone feature wall. A flipped staircase serves as a sculptural focal point against a newly curved back wall, while signature ceiling coffers and bordered wood floors provide a rhythmic continuity.
Bespoke joinery and perfectly scaled, handcrafted furniture complete this highly curated, high-functioning family enclave.
