Project Overview
A comprehensive renovation and a large-scale extension that reconfigures an existing family home into a modern, open-plan domain. Designed from inception, the property balances generous proportions with intimate living zones.
The architectural heart is an expansive, light-filled kitchen and family area. Seamlessly zoned through varied ceiling heights and alcoves, the space features dark bespoke cabinetry crafted by Newtown Woodworks. A linear roof lantern floods the interior with natural light, highlighting a four-metre central island, antique brass pendants, and integrated stone surfaces.
The result is a classic-contemporary home defined by meticulous craftsmanship and a bold use of light.
